OMG! Finally, my email to my phone company went through! Those bastards keep hanging up on me and I think my last message was too long for them, so I sent a shorter one. I even tried to twitter them to get help and nothing. Let's hope they fix it this time or else I'm already looking at other phone companies. :P

But I've been with this company for like five years and never had any trouble with them before. But the one time I do have an issue, their support advisors are useless and it's taken over a month to fix my problem. It's still not fixed! So I have no choice but to look at my options. I can't stick with a company that takes a crap on their customers!
