I had to grate the cheese and shred the steak on top of the chips. It's not like I was tossing some cheddar in a bag on top. :P

I always bake my nachos too. So good, <3;

I didn't bother with the oven or toaster, I just went with the microwave. I have Queso Quesadilla cheese and some crumbled Cotija. :drool:
