Egg bake is.. a pan of baked eggs. With stuff. Usually things like cheeses, meat (ham, bacon, sausage, whatever you want), onion, peppers..

This sounds similar, but we use a lot more cheese (because that's how wisconsin rolls), and a cup of pepper jack... and less hash... and peppers.. and onions, because grandma uses onions in EVERYTHING...
