@Mei - People that don't like cheese are clearly not right in the head! Even lactose intolerant people love it! And they can't really eat it!

@Mei: Hm, reading actually.
@Cookie: Well...cheese is less milk and more mold. >_> So it's not that bad for lactose intolerant people. (I should know, cause once a month I become lactose intolerant)

@Wifey - Bleu cheese maybe. Cheese is curd. And I would like to know how people suddenly become lactose intolerant. I was under the impression that it was genetic.

@Cookie: Well it kinda has to do with that monthly gift of ours.
And I've grow to dislike all dairy products except for ice cream and cheese.
So for some reason, a couple of days a month I can't eat/drink things with a lot of milk in it. Not that big of a problem except when ice cream is involved. But yeah, it's a little strange...

@Cookie: Eh, I dislike yogurt cause one week for lunch my mom gave it too me everyday. *bleh* Haven't liked it ever since. Milk I never liked cause of the bubbles, and my mom "forced" me to drink it. And have you ever had Keefer?
Hm, I do like cream cheese though. Just not the flavored ones. Oh, and cottage cheese, but only certain "brands."

@Wifey - I used to eat yogurt for lunch all week, because I liked it. And if your milk has bubbles, you have issues. Milk isn't really bubbly at all o.o Unless you shake it. It's not like it's carbonated milk XD
No. I haven't.

@Cookie: It had bubbles when she poured it into the cup. I was slightly picky back then. I don't like bubbles in my drinks. And the milk ones liked to stay. But yeah, that's kinda the reason I don't like milk. And I've recently tried to drink it again. Still don't like it. >_<
Oops, misspelled it actually. Kefir, is the right way I believe.
Here's a wiki definition of what I was looking for...
Quote:
Drinking kefir
While some drink kefir straight, many find it too sour on its own and prefer to add fruits, honey, maple syrup, vanilla, agave nectar, or other flavors or sweeteners. Frozen bananas, strawberries, blueberries or other fruits can be mixed with kefir in a blender to make a smoothie. In Poland, Kefir is sold with different varieties of fruit and flavors already added, both in the organic/ecologic and non-organic varieties. It is a breakfast, lunch and dinner drink popular across all areas of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, Poland (second largest producer after Russia[citation needed]), Norway, Sweden, Finland (especially Russian and Estonian minorities), Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania where it is known as an affordable health drink. In Southern Slavic countries kefir is consumed at any time of the day, especially with zelnik, burek and banitsa.
|
TLTR: It's kinda like drinkable yogurt except healthier than go-gurt.
@Mei: Eh, I'm being rather lazy at reading lately. Usually online and such. So I kinda forget the books I have. >_>
