I don't plan on leaving, i just don't want people to freak out and stuff...but hey, whatever works for them, I guess i should just be blunt...but i like to be seen as a romantic compassion filled guy...Kind of like people imagine yaoi characters to be...and yes, my dA profile will confuse you, but it was meant to, so...at least that should make sense. It does say i am female, but I just figure it is less conflicting, less stressful, and less annoying to be a fan-girl than a gay guy....because some people will judge you and damn you because you love someone they think you shouldn't. I go down in flames for love, rather than cursing someone for their choice of love.

@Daemon - I enjoy yaoi as a genre. Yaoi as a supposed sexuality makes me want to vomit given some of the prevalent stereotypes that exist within the genre. Mainly weepy ukes and hard ass unfeeling semes. Bleh. I'd rather people admit that they're gay then hide behind a ficticous genre. No offense, I'm just old and grumpy. The damn kids need to get off my lawn!

@Jellybean - Young people tend to be stupid. They will run around claiming that they're in yaoi relationships and they need ukes and crap. Trust me. There's a lot of thirteen year old yaoi fans out there parroting crap that they heard in fandom and stuff.

I will tell you, the beautiful sexy men though....they are drool worthy if you ignore their character traits...If you read my yaoi stories...most of the guys have the same relationship troubles heteros do, they just don't come to terms with it the same way, because it is different, but I think yaoi is really not as cool if it is the only theme of a story, so i get what you mean-HEY, DAMN KID, GET OFF MY LAWN TOO! I JUST WATERED THOSE PANSIES!!!

@Jellybean - I went to high school before the genre got popular, so I didn't have to deal with any of that crap XD Plus, I graduated from such a tiny high school.

@Daemon - The worst part of the yaoi genre is when people get attracted to those series with that sort of dynamic. They get in on Gravitation, which is abusive and fucked up as hell. Then they graduate up to rape/love stories. *tsks* I've lost my faith in a lot of other fans. Then again, most people have horrible tastes in reading materials given the sort of writing they put out in fanfiction form. =P

@cookie: Glad you understand, unlike so many, that mary sue/gary stu stories, along with their OCD fans end up ruining the real views. There are quality stories that don't focus on the relationship, but have it inside. There is more to life, *gasps* than being in love and screwing for that cause.

having said this, there are some people out there that realize no relationship is perfect and that there are in fact ways to accept other lifestyles and still live your own. I like that, and seems my fellow wallflowers like that too.

Over the top...it just isn't right. Claiming to need a seme or uke.....pathetic...I mean, it just goes to show those who say that have no idea what they are talking about.

My 'yaoi' living is simply to prove that those dream guys, gay or not, can exist, but we have more flaws than said princes, and we don't always end up happy in the end. I just really want people to embrace that everyone has a beautiful quality about them, so if me saying I live yaoi will make more accept differences in people...I dunno. I like cake. ^^

@Daemon - Most of the people who claim that sort of stuff really are very young and immature, in their early teens who are just discovering sexuality. Speaking of it in fictional terms might be a softer intro to sex and love and all that, but it's still annoying.
