Also if I use my iphone I can type in Japanese if I knew a bunch of words, but I don't ha ha. Only a few words and phrases. Oh, my furisode is on it's way back from Tokyo. I had to send it to get some things. I am going to wear it for a Christmas party. I am too old and married for it, but my Japanese friends said it's okay since I am American and even Mama-San said that old singers want to be young and wear them now.

Krazy- What do you mean? And uh.... You might not need to. Try what it says? (Unless you know your computer can't handle it)
Iku- Lol ok it's fine. XDD It was a bit confusing to me too, except for the last one, which I wrote with ease : P
And ok so I recognize 週 as week, but the other one... hmmm.. more like.. weekly?
Liunesta- Any words you want to know in particular? ^^ and oh haha...I guess that makes sense... Although other types of kimono can be very beautiful too, since you have it already it is an option ^.^

I will buy different ones too. I went to this sale on a military base and said I was looking for a kimono to wear and then I said Christmas party and so one of the ladies said, okay, how about a pink furisode, I said, "no" at 1st but after talking to my friends I went back and bought it.m I hope to buy other kinds next year in October.
I don't guess I know which words I want to know. I pick up some here and there and usually ask my coworkers when I need to speak to the Japanese children who don't understand English or not completely. We are learning We wish you a Merry Christmas in Japanese right now, and I am doing pretty well I think ha ha.

@Strange: Oooh ok. That makes sense. :D
Here's a website I found. :O
https://www.erin.ne.jp/en/index.php
I've watched two videos so far and it seems pretty neat. I definitely am loving the subtitles in Japanese (with Kanji, with just Hiragana, and with Romaji) and then finally in English.

ごめん!I was not in the mood for translation. @[email protected] Even though I asked for it, lmao.
I learned 週 today.
What's the difference between 週and 週間?
In my book it says both mean week. O_o
|
週 is the kind of "week" you'd use in saying "this week" (今週)or "next week"(来週)。 週間 is the duration of a week, i.e., "I spent a week studying." (一週間、勉強しました, I studied for one week.)
Does that help?

@Kuro: Ah... あなたは? Are you pronouncing it like "wa"?
And that's good. :B
@Strange: Lawl. It's ok. x3
Oh yeah? Are you enjoying your adventure in life?
Everyone seems good so far. Maybe because of the holidays. :P
スラット seems like it's similar to the English word for "slut" and carries that negative-ness.
But actually it means "thin"; coming from the French word "svelte" and Italian word "svelto."
I thought it was pretty funny. XD

わかります。たぶん。。。I still need to get out our tree. :P
Yesterday, you had an interesting conversation with your fiance's mother. Interesting comes after conversation?
You guys spoke about yours and Poet's wedding.

@Kuro- Ooooh! That makes more sense.. Lmao. I put dakuten where there was none. Oops.
Ooh. I wish it would snow here. Maybe after New Years. We got snow either last year or earlier this year during winter...
-shrug- I want to try and make an igloo again. XD

You made an igloo!!! AWESOME!!! haha There's never enough snow for one where I'm from. The closest we came was making a snow fort around our play set - part of it was elevated, and there was a big gap beneath that we surrounded in snow. It was pretty epic actually XD

We tried! D:
We made a big snowman and then tried to make an igloo, but we got cold and sleepy (it was 2am) so we weren't able to finish. We had just made a little snow ring.
I think this time (if we get enough snow like last time) maybe we'll make it against the fence.
That sounds awesome!
I just want to be surrounded by a snow ... thing! Without being in danger.. lmao.

うん、雪が好きです。たのしいです。
Um... the snow ring was just what we were able to make because we couldn't make the igloo. XD
We just kept piling snow up in a circle trying to make the igloo. It's just a ring of snow. owo
