It's good that he's better! I don't know why people are making such a huge deal out of the swine flu, honestly.

Jeanie: Yeah, exactly. Might as well not make it sound like it's such a huge problem. The flu is the flu, regardless of the name thrown on the front. lol
At least they got to spend quality time together. xD

That's one way to look at it, though he was kind of out of it the first week.

People keep looking at me when I'm out because I have like a permanent cold, so I'm always sniffling and sneezing and stuff now people look at me like I'm going to destroy them or something.

Jeanie: xD People are stupid! We had a few people who'd walk around with those face masks that cover your mouth and nose. And this was several months after the talk about the swine flu started. It's like uhhh... you do realise that it's too late for that if you're going to get it, right?

That must be it! They should have worn scrubs too. Yup. xD Mind you, I wouldn't mind walking around in scrubs all day. They're like PJs. o_o

If you want to and can afford it why not.

¬_¬ my mum has decided I have bottled up sadness from Grandma's death because I'm angry..she says I should just "let it out" and cry, I don't have bottled up sad emotions I have bottled up anger at her and if I "let it out" I will have to hit something.

I wish I could afford it. xD Right now I can't afford much anything though. My car insurance is totally screwing me over. A few months ago I switched from my old car to the one that I have now and they somehow managed to get a $900+ charge for that which I have to pay within two months. There's no way I can pay that in two months! >_<;;; I'm so stressed out about it. I have no idea what I'm going to do.

Why don't you try to sit down and talk to her about what's upsetting you? If might seem hard but it'll make you feel better once it's out on the table and it might also help her out as well.

It would probably just make her cry because she has convinced herself that the hospital somehow caused my Gran's death because there was a thing when she first went in in Feb where they didn't communicate properly and she ended up in a diabetic coma because they didn't feed her for 4 days but she got moved to a new ward and a nurse there noticed the mistake and she came round but my mum is convinced that is whats caused her death even though it was secondary cancer which I doubt a coma can cause because it meant she already had cancer somewhere before she went in. Plus she knows my Gran wouldn't tell her if she felt unwell, she never did you could find her with her head in hands looking really ill and ask if she was all right and she'd tell you she was fine. That's how she was she never complained about being ill she just soldiered on, she was dying for christ sake and still said she was all right.

She just needs someone to blame.

She's not going to get anything out of it except more psychological damage, I think she's already having a breakdown or has already had it.

Possibly, but you never know. Telling her how you see it might bring her to the realization that no one is to blame for her death and that everything happens for a reason. She's in a better place now. Or she might just come around by her self. Only time will tell, really.

I have tried before when she was saying it was her fault she died because she made her go to hospital, I told her she must have already had cancer before she went in because you don't get cancer and secondary cancer at the same time and it went in one ear and out the other.

Now she's on at me to go on a first aid course because I was thinking about applying for a job but not going to because it says "knowledge of first aid" essential so it's pretty pointless because my first aid knowledge is basically if it bleeds put a plaster on it.

She has decided I have to go on the course and she'll pay for it (with her non-existent money, she was using her overdraft for Wales at weekend) I don't want to go on a first aid course for a job I most likely wouldn't actually get anyway.

Teaching assistant in a primary school, because it's foundation stage you have to have first aid knowledge.
