It's a Nestle product you can buy in the southern parts of the States; Mexican-style hot chocolate. It's basically just a big brick of chocolate with raw sugar that you dissolve in heated milk for a really thick, intense, swing-you-into-a-diabetic-coma drink.
And if you add chili powder, it's even better.

Oh dear, that sounds irresistable, and I'm not that big of a hot cocoa fan.

hm, I've never seen that and I'm in Texas. but I know I don't like the chile powder in my cocoa!!
