What is the RP about?

A world that's turned into a desert with only one city left. Monsters started appearing so a new branch of the police force was made, a task force, to fight the monsters that get too close or inside the walls. With in the task force is a special elite squad. The elite members each have a unique partner that is carried around attached within a bracelet on them. the rp will be the school of the task force, my character is the head of the elite squad.

No one really knows what they are, it's just something that was created in a top secret lab, not many outside the elite force know of them. The elites only realized that the ones that are more in sync with their partner the more definitive their shape is and the stronger that partner is.
