Wow, that is surprising. I mean,I heard about Black Friday for quite a long time now. I wonder why they couldn't call it by another color. :o!

Lizzy: I dont live in america and we dont celebrate thanks giving and we also dont have any black fridays in here. So i had no idea what it was, i had never heard it mentioned before.

Cyber monday? nope lol not heard of that either and yeh perhaps it should be called something else. What about january sales do you have them? thats when we have our major sales.

@Lizzy -- supposedly the concept behind calling it "Black" Friday is that this is when the retailers finally start making their profits for the year (and are therefore out of the "red), which doesn't seem to make much sense, because stores shouldn't be that unprofitable. But, that's what they say.

I guess that's the equivalent of "Black Friday" for online shoppers, because that's when people return to their jobs after the holiday weekend, and still have shopping on the brain?

I just had to wear my winter coat for the first time this year, and let me tell you, big bulky clothing is not romantic at all. ._.

hehe well youre winter is colder than mine so XP. Its a shame you dont live as far north as i do. Then you would have nice warmish winters but no you have to live south and be cold XP.

It is cold in Virginia. :( I want to go back to Miami, but then I realize I won't be on vacation if I wasn't in Miami. lol Well anyways I am having fun and there is a heater. ;)

hehe we havnt had any snow yet, i dont think we will get any for a while. Its a bit to warm, we just have lots of rain at the moment. I got soked before on the way back from the job centre. It was raining heavy and i had no hood or anything.
