Thanks, guys. We buried her underneath the small Japanese Maple we placed a year or so ago. She used to hide (and growl ) under the branches of it when walking her, so we thought it was fitting.

We are adopting a dog from the pound that is also solid black. He isn't a replacement for Naptra ( no animal could replace her,) but he didn't have much time left. We jumped at it. So... We have a sweet male pom coming home Wednesday after he is neutered. Yay for distractions from grief- something mom needed more than me since she was basically perpetually home alone with Naptra and Panda. The SPCA named him Kokomo, I want to name him Morpheus, but Mom wants to name him Orion.

OH! And mom gave me a ring that she was going to, otherwise, sell. Looking at it, I might be able to fit it as a bracelet for Arnorr if I took his hand off to put it on. >.> Will be attempting tomorrow. XD (Ring is sterling silver of a rose and an elegant vine. )

I was going back and forth on Morpheus or Orpheus (I love those two from Mythology! I also have characters named after them, but me Morpheus is not descended from the god, but is the 'dream god'. It was so cute when we got those two together. On Tuesday she's planning on bringing her bobobie mini march edition with the lilac skin with her, and have a mini 'doll meet' day. Since my town only has seriously 4 doll owners. A couple of people interested but no more than that. All the other doll owners are in Miami or the Orlando area.

as far as I know there is one other doll owner in the town I'm in, she has a bunch of volks.
besides her I don't know of any even interested.

I get a lot of funny looks on the city bus when I have him. One lady thought I was carrying a baby until she realized it was a doll and that acted like I was insane.

I've gotten those funny looks and the 'baby' comments... Even from little kids. Like I said, funny looks, people making fun of him/being just plain rude is what I typically get. No one ever plays with him but me and sometimes Mom. Mom wants the Limhwa Half-Elf or one of the open-eyed limiteds from MuseDoll. XD

And I've made it clear to several people they break my doll and they will be paying for a new one, and no I won't tell them they can just replace the part they broke. They'll be paying for a brand new one. Or risk being poisoned. -w-
