Sorry I poofed on Friday, my computer crashed and I had to leave early so I couldn't start it back up Dx

Plus I'm grounded for doing nothing wrong :P So I won't be here that often. Bleh. Haha

I have two dolls of my own. A male Lu-Wen and a male elf Ani. I'm still lazily working on de-genderfying the Ani's body though, heh. Still got some mad sanding to do.

Course, because of these two, I've learned how to do faceups. -.-; I couldn't afford to ship them out but I can swing the money for the paints and such. =D I also tend to sew for them. I'm tryin to save up for a girl. I'm just not sure which one I want just yet, heh.

Found two decent images of the luwen's face. Uh, and that awesome first wig? Mourn it. I messed it up somethin' fierce while clippering at it. But, hopefully this Jan I'll be going on our monthly meetups and'll be able to hit up patty lynns for a replacement. >_> To hack up again. I'll do better this time tho.

I'm thinking about redoing the ani's faceup, but I'll try and get some decent shots of him sometime this week before I wipe it. The ani's kinda hard to get nice, clean shots of.

So I just got done with a day full making props. Ranging from more books, shoulder bag, Quill, and as soon as the oven is free of dinner I'll be making a small clay jar and an ink jar for the quill.

Mwuahahaha I call today productive indeed.

I'll get around to making some type of clothing :P How did you make the books if you don't mind me asking?

Cardboard, super glue, and paper. ^w^ They were actually very simple. I folded a rectangular piece of cardboard about the right size to fit into an MSD or SDs hands, and put a line of super glue at the fold, inserted some cut up paper to fit. And presto! Book. Lol
To give it a leather cover, I was going to get some more super glue (laugh ran out) and put some leather around the cardboard part and rub it a bit to give it an older feel.

Haha, I've never thought about that xD I remember seeing my friend make one with a staple, some construction paper and regular paper though.
The first one > w < I adore him so much!

Oh and to give the paper a parchment yellow look, you can simple just dampen a tea bag and very lightly run it over the paper and let it dry like that. Gives the paper a nice old tinge to it.

The shoulder bag and one of the books are actually going to be Christmas presents for my friend and her doll. Though we're both getting pretty sure that she'll be getting a Chibi Ted from her parents for Christmas. So I may have to throw in some more stuff for two dolls. Lol

I'm hoping he'll be my first one as well ^-^ I just need to save up and get a credit card or something xD

Hrm at some point I want to try making a music stand, but I have no idea how I'd go about something like that.

Also I sew clothes. Kai's current outfit is actually a hoodie and pants that I made for him.
Almost all the photos with Makrua are stuff I've made. (minus the shoes. Not anywhere near able to cobble. Yet.)

I'm not sure how to make a music stand either x___x;

Aw I really need to try making clothes sometime xD I need to get some fabrics and stuff though (: I've seen some really cute outfits for dolls, but their all so expensive!
And shoes would be really hard to make lol. Except maybe slippers...Still hard but not as difficult...Bunny slippers would be cute though :3

And you can make hoodies and shirts out of socks.

Lol actually neither would I until a friend of mine told me about this tutorial on Youtube of this girl making hoodies for her Dolls out of them.

So I tried it, and well they don't come out looking that bad at all.
That's actually what Makrua's shirt underneath that winter vest is. A sock I turned into one.

Lol thank you. Made that too. Granted it was actually just modifying one of those holiday vests made for small dogs..>w> It's amazing all the really cool stuff that can be modified for dolls.

xD I almost bought one of those for my dog. She's just so small, I worry about her when she goes outside. She starts to shiver almost instantly..

That is very true ^^ I'll have to go around looking at the clothes that don't fit my little brother anymore and see if I can modify them (: He's got this one shirt that has a picture of a smiley face thing that I want to cut off and make a little shirt out of it or something :B
