I don't eat anything at night too when I'm at home. I wear retainers, so I would have to take that off first, which means I gotta go to the bathroom. That's right next to my parent's room plus the floor creaks sometimes. >>;

I went and looked it up and after the 6 month period you don't really HAVE to wear them every night, unless a tiiiiny bit of shifting will make you go bonkers, cause it might shift, but only a little bit.
Cause I only wore mine for like a month or two at most, and not Six months liek i was supposed to and my bottom teeth just shifted a little bit and it's been 2 years now. And my teeth were pretty crooked before, or like my top canine was just like "screw you guys I'm going over HERE" and was all out of place, and my bottom teeth were kinda crooked.

I would always spell definitely as definately and I always wondered why my spell check would mark it as wrong >w>

I'm used to wearing it anyways. But the bottom one got loose, but I don't care. xD
I remember once I woke up and my bottom retainer was on my pillow DD:

It's better than people making the Their/there/they're, alot/a lot, and youre/your mistakes.

I always though a lot was one word, and would keep putting alot, but when I figured it out tried to transition out of it, still end up making the mistake a lot though =w=
