It would be a good habit to get into :3 And you could, like make a goal to do it at least twice a week, and if you can make yourself do it you can try doing it more, idk. Seriously though, the "requirements" that some religions have are so stupid. Like, idk, you should only do that stuff if it benefits you, not if some imaginary friends tells you to. And the imaginary friend isn't even telling you to do it, either the people who preach the religion tell you too (with no guarantee it's part of the religion) or some book that's been translated AT LEAST 5 times tells you to. And everytime something is translated it loses part of it's meaning. So imagine all those books translated, what were they even really supposed to mean, it's like playing that telephone game or something.
