yeah, ignore the robots part. I was thinking scifi and it was the first thing I thought of. Maybe more of evolution caused humans to go underwater because in 2012 the entire world ended up being flooded and they created devices to breath underwater that eventually became something that gets implanted into them at their first breath and is practically an organ! okay...I'm going off on a tangent now.
