This guy who is releasing his CD on the 20th wanted me to do the cover album art for it, so I made it to his specifications and am charging 100, and he said he'll have the money to me today. Well the guy who is getting the money to me might not be in later today so it might be tomorrow. But then he'll get his art and I'll have my start up fee for putting apps on the iTunes store, for the stories :D Yay!

Yeah, I thought it was interesting. I don't think that it's something that I'd put in a portfolio though, because it has uhm, an illicit drug reference, but it's what they asked for... so... I dunno. Not going in the resume for being an art teacher for little kids.

usually I don't think what you draw in your free time should have a lot of effect on getting hired as a teacher.

I would hope not but I guess it depends on the school and their image. Being a published writer/illustrater of children's books would look better on a resumee'. And Kat Will be published as well! It'll be awesome on your resumee' ^^ What job are you going for when you graduate? Art, illustrating, teaching?

not teaching. probably writing since I seem to be having the most success with it. I am going to enter a short story in the L. Ron Hubbard: Writer's of the Future contest this summer and hopefully get published.
