Kat Dakuu 04-22-2012 07:04 AM

Moon! 04-22-2012 07:05 AM

ahhh xD

Zephi 04-22-2012 05:42 PM

It did seem like a long time. I actually got a lot done this weekend though. Have nearly finished the book I'm workin on ^^

Kat Dakuu 04-22-2012 06:49 PM

that's good zephi. I don't think I've done much of anything but homework and watching korean variety shows lately. I'm sure if my attention span was longer than five minutes, I'd finish my homework quicker and have time for other things.

Zephi 04-23-2012 06:43 AM

Are you watching the korean shows in korean or do you have subtitles to go with it? Ah, short attention spans kill all motivation, well not really, it just makes you kind of exasperated when you start doing something, then move on to something else, then something else, until you look back and get upset that you haven't finished the first thing you started on. Usually when I'm drawing, I like to have a show playing in the background. Recently, it's be The Big Bang Theory. Show is too funny XD

Kat Dakuu 04-23-2012 06:58 AM

I have subtitles. its not much fun otherwise.
I have projects on each surface in my room. I rotate between them...which is kinda weird.
I love big band theory. i haven't watched it in a while though. it is quite funny.

Zephi 04-23-2012 07:13 AM

You're right, but with the korean shows, it's kind of sad but you can really guess what is going on. Just think of the most riduculous, drama-filled lines and scenarios, and most likely, you're dead on. They love their "han" that's for sure. Never a happy ending. :illgetu: Why must you be so depressed, Korea!? You are not in North Korea, you should be happy.

Hey, that actually sounds like a prety good system :) I don't have that many things to spread out on though and all my works are in the same notebook. I guess I sometimes go from different pages. Sometimes you need a change of pace to re-energize the project that you were working on before that. Then come back to it, filled with new life and inspiration :D

So so funny. I got my husband to watch it last night for the first time. He said it was really funny. But he started at the end of season 3. I told him he should go back and watch from thte start but honestly, there aren't TOO many inside jokes that don't get explained that came from earlier episodes. So I guess it's pretty easy to watch, starting from anywhere.

Hello

Zephi 04-23-2012 05:21 PM

Moon, you're everywhere :O

Kat Dakuu 04-23-2012 06:56 PM

you're right zephi, its easy to guess the sort of game that's going on or what everyone is supposed to be doing even with subtitles. but I'm not talking about dramas. more like game shows.

totally. I have multiple sketchbooks for a reason (and not just because I want different kinds of paper for different kinds of project) and then I'll have a writing something or nother around and my homework.

I don't know where I started watching the show.

Zephi 04-24-2012 03:06 AM

Oh the game shows. Those are more interesting :XD Definitely need subs for them.

So you have a lot of projects due soon?

Kat Dakuu 04-24-2012 03:33 AM

oh, half the time you don't need subs. its hilarious regardless.

no. everything is personal projects for the most part. I haven't had to do art projects much this semester for my classes.

Zephi 04-25-2012 03:38 AM

I don't think you're actually supposed to eat those cookies. >.>

That's mine! D8< eheheh xD :stare: *grabs a heavy bag of cookies out of my home*

Zephi:

Kat: seeee! D:

Kat Dakuu 04-25-2012 06:25 PM

I'm a scatterbrained artist. I can't do only one thing at once.

I don't see why these cookies shouldn't be for eating.

Zephi 04-26-2012 05:29 AM

There are lots of cookies that aren't made for eating. They make lots of them here in Germany, they are for decoration and to hang on your wall, or ti give to the person that you like/love/want to be with because you get a personal message not engraved into it but written in frosting (that is hard as a rock btw). They do this for Oktoberfest. The cookies look cool, but you shouldn't ever bite into them D:
