what I do is take a screen shot (print screen button and paste into paint)

well, look in the top right of your keyboard for the print screen button, press it while looking at the MAC then past that into Paint, that should do it

Don't worry, nothing visible happens. Then what you do is open MS paint and click "paste", oh and, don't forget to crop the final image!
