I never bother to watch my weight, it isn't going anywhere. lol. I can't eat salads. I'd starve. I don't eat lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion....you see where this is going, ne? lol.

my weight is going up...and up. and that's not good. I didn't like eating the salad and ate a sandwich too. it was a cob salad so it had bacon bits and chicken and egg in it. and um, its not a salad if you don't eat lettuce. though I used to hate that stuff. I actually eat it now if its drowned in enough toppings. tomato is the best and onion is nice, but cucumbers really are nasty.

You can have a salad without lettuce. I eat broccoli and carrots and sometimes spinach. But those things cost more than lettuce so I don't get them very often. I also like egg and cheese on my salads. My weight is slightly higher than it should be but it stays pretty stationary. *shrugs* I wouldn't care much if not for the health risks involved.

yeah and pasta salad is great. I do not not like carrots on my salad. my parents bother me about my weight and mostly the pudgyness I'm getting. its in my genes and if I don't actively try to keep it away, its gonna stay pretty much. evil genes.

*huggles* I've always leaned towards a bit of fluff around my tummy and posterior. The rest of me is rather lean. I have almost no muscle tone which doesn't help matters. lol. Ah well, my hubby likes my pudgy tummy or so he says. Good thing too because I have no idea how to get rid of it. I'm too poor to eat healthy and too picky. Thankfully I don't usually eat much so I don't balloon up. I too have fluffiness in my genes. I think portion control is way more important than what you eat. Eating several small meals a day (5-6) is better for weight loss and general health than eating 3 big ones. Don't let them get to you. I'm sure you are beautiful. *hugs* You don't have to be a size 2 to be pretty.

I don't like pasta salad either. lol. I'm a really picky eater.

I have lots of muscle so I lot big a lot and I need to diet and that's just too painful. I know how important portions are which is great about my school because their meals are supposed to be perfectly portioned and has a fresh and healthy stuff. hm, I should try eating smaller meals. I really don't eat much these days, but I have to snack before a few classes and late at night and I don't have anything too healthy to snack on

*huuuug* thanks! I'm sure I'd be pretty too if my hair straightener weren't broken! it make me look all rumply with a fro hair if I don't have my straightener!! oh well, I'll get a new one over easter break. and I did thee farewell. tis time to sleep.
