That's because this is a warped Hiei cosplay. He is a fire demon but his mother was an ice demoness. This is what he might have been like if he had taken after his mother rather than his father. ^_^ The hair color is based off of his twin sister who is an ice demoness. ^_^' lol, I got bored and it was late at night, this is where my brain went.
