Creeper! -points-

Haha. Wow.. weird.. o 3o
I got scratched on my eyeball by a cat once. But it didn't do anything. I just had the scratch mark and that was it.

Why did that freak you out so badly? D:

One time during my martial arts training I didn't block the incoming hook/haymaker right and I cut right below my eye with my own fingernail and it was bleeding. I've gotten alot better at having that defense as second nature since then.

Oh, and don't worry, I lurk in the rafters of this thread. It is mine after all. However I have just recently moved and sometimes can't find my [toothpaste!] or somesuch so I'm more distracted from Menewsha than I have been in the past.

Feel free to carry on, wayward androgynes!

I'm a bit of a lurker too, when I have a bit of time. Right now I just woke up so I can post to postpone having to get up..

Stress mostly affects my body, and in really serious ways. I usually don't feel that stressed mentally, but my body is just a wreck.. headaches all the time, sensitive stomach, really sore muscles all over, grinding my teeth resulting in sore jaw, serious issues with sleep, fucked up dreams.. and I am getting dandruff for the first time I can remember, though that might be because I'm shaving my head. Then there's also my OCD tendencies and phobias acting up a lot more than usual, which is seriously annoying.

And ugh, hurting yourself so near the eyes sounds icky.. eyes are not to be hurt. They're so.. squishy! D:

@Crow: Heh.. lost toothpaste. Too early for me because that's really funny for some reason.. :XD
I imagine it actively hiding.
How long do you keep your fingernails?!

@Jos: Wow. Stress isn't so bad for me. I can't really tell I'm stressed out until it's to the point where I'm crying over something small.
Squishy eyes!

You don't need long nails to hurt. This girl was once playing with a friend and see, she had the kind of fingernails where the nail looks as if it's buried inside the fingertip, yet somehow she managed to scratch him so bad he bled and had to have points at the school's infirmmary. It's been three years and he holds a big scar he could perfectly blame on a car accident or a surgery, really!! Nobody understands how she managed to do that much harm. Well, at least they're still best friends :XD

Ah. It's just been my own experience that it's easier to cut with longer nails. For me at least.

My fingernails have been anywhere from below the skin of my fingers (best for piano playing and martial arts), to long enough where when they break off, I could 'cover' my fingernail with my own fingernail... kind of freaky. Many times I cut them to points on purpose to kind of go with my vampiric motif.

I had to do a similar drill in my martial arts class tonight where everyone got to take a shot at me, a punch or a kick and you never knew which. I just started playing in my head 'Hair of the Dog' aka "Now you're messing with a sonofabitch", I grinned, and did pretty well.

I found my deoderant right before class, too. That was an amazing find. I went to the studio to update them on my address in case it affects my billing info tied to my credit card.

Kah, woah, that's insane. O___o I only managed to scratch my partner so it bled a tiny bit - he wasn't happy as it was in his beard, so it meant he couldn't shave for a while, but it was entirely his fault as he was tickling me. :C I've had to cut my nails since then though as I've started picking up the guitar again.. and I love it so much! It's so relaxing, even though I'm not that great.. just to strum something simple and hum along. Mmm...

And I used to have really long fingernails as well, mostly because I could never be bothered cutting them, and I am still that way though now I'm playing again I do remember it more. I used to have insanely long nails all of the time though.. and then they would break too far down or bend backwards and it's so. fucking. painful. :|

I'm always letting my nails grow because I don't do anything that requires them to get cut. Well, didn't do anything. I have to keep them short for violin now.
Even when I was in the military, I slacked and let them grow, mostly because I would just forget. XD
I've done the point thing a few times, but not often.

I hate when they get bent backwards. Dx

Getting them bent backwards is as painful as hearing your own nails scratch a chalkboard-like surface

I don't mind that scratching too much. It's still annoying/painful, but if it goes on too long, I get over it.

Indeed. The sound of anything like a drill makes my bones shiver, and my blood run cold. I hate it.

lol. I'm sorry. I had my German final today, and I think I did quite well. I have one last one tomorrow in my western civilization class. Then I'll be done with my whole first year of college. O.o It feels really weird dude. It didn't take long enough. It was... too short. You know what I mean?

Hah~ It's no big deal.

Oh nice. Hope you did well on it! And good luck for the other one.

Haha. I know what you mean. I'm not going to college in the traditional sense, but those 4 years in the military sure went by fast. So I can relate in that aspect.

Time is an odd thing. It seems rather relative. When something is good it takes no time at all. When something is excruciating it takes hours for every second to pass. I wonder how that little trick on your temporal lobe works.

Maybe because you're focusing on getting it over with, like counting down?

And when you're having fun, you're avoiding it?

I know that time seems to go faster the older you get. o 3o

That is extremely true. Remember how freaking long first grade was? Oh good lord. But college lasts like eight seconds.

I remember crying in first grade because I couldn't remember my birthday. And then the teacher was like, "Is it December 12?" And I go, "Yeah." And then she tells me that's her birthday too.

I miss being young. There was so much more to learn at the time, and so much less worry.

Hmm true. There's always more to learn!
Hard to be ignorant once you're aware though.

Right now, I'm wondering what to eat...
