I didn't fall asleep till about ten or so this morning. And then I woke up at two, and stumbled out of the apartment of these people I just met last night, and got on the bus home.
Last night was awesome. : D

Though now I'm sort of wondering what to do. The weather is really lovely, but I can't really be bothered walking all the way to the park, and our garden is infested by wasps so I can't sit out there. Bloody wasps. *grumbles*

Anyone on?

Wasps ... one of the very few insects I DETEST. D: I've never been stung by any insect but I still harbor a deep hatred for them. :sweat: I'm the first one to pick up pesticides if I see wasps in our yard ... "TO WAAAAAAAAAR!!!" *roar*

I'm /trying/ to watch Avatar (again) but my brothers are making it very difficult. >_> They don't understand half of what's happening and I have to keep on translating/explaining the events. ._.

Haha. You need to come to our garden and wage war on them. :P Worst bit is, we have big concrete tiles in the garden, and they keep hovering over the cracks between them, so I'm guessing their nest is down there, but they keep hovering over different cracks, and I see them disappear down more than one. Last week I think we got rid of some of them by spraying pesticide down one of the crack we saw them disappear down the most, and we got rid of them mostly for a few days.. but now they're back! :gonk:

Damn! O_O Reminds me of one picture I saw once; there was a HUGE wasp nest under someone's bargrill and I just had to go and check that our grill's not infested with them. xD;

Have you considered calling for professional help on the matter? Seems like something you shouldn't be doing on your own. D:

We're students; we can't afford professional help. I'm completely skint now (again) and although my housemate Dan has just got his loans through, he usually finishes them well before his next one, and he's already spending money on unnecessary things enough. Our third housemate is coming home on Monday though, if we haven't gotten rid of it by then, maybe she can do something. I know she absolutely detests wasps, so she might know how to get rid of them, or if not, she might be willing to pay for professional help. P:

xDD Well, that seems like a solid strategy. Gotta hate spring, though, with all the wasps and other critters waking up and invading houses when it's not warm enough. x_x Though last year at this time there was still a lot of snow on the ground. xD

Nooooo, gotta love spring, despite the insects! Spring is wonderful! All the colours coming back to the nature, everything waking up, it gets warmer and warmer and winter is finally over. : D

You've never seen a northern Finnish spring, then. All I can think of spring is gray snow, stinky puddles, dog shit smelling and the horribly bright sunlight on the snow blinding my eyes and causing a migraine! D: Sure, I loved spring while in the UK, but here ... it's death.

Aw. The Icelandic spring is pretty annoying too actually. The sun starts shining and the ice starts melting and you go 'Yay it's finally spring!' and then as soon as you get your shorts on, it starts snowing again. And it's always colder than it looks from inside. But it's still great to see nature waking up and everything blooming. Definitely more impressive in the UK though.

I like spring, but then again I live in an area of California where it's a spectacle if you can catch a glimpse of snow way far away on the tips of the mountains. Eheh. And summer is just bleh. I think it got up to 107 F last year for like two hours. I think I was inside seeing a movie, though, luckily. XP

Well, I just rode a motorbike for the first time in my life (I have no separate license for driving those things) and it just had to be at 1 am. xD; My dad, uncle and myself went to another city to get that motorcycle for my uncle and they figured I need to learn how to ride a motorcycle. x'D

Someone should shoot me, I'm a general hazard for all traffic. *says a person who's going to drive 500 kilometers to see a friend on Saturday* :3

I got my hair cut today! Re-layered, just hope Loveh doesn't freak out too much when he sees it. (He's got a bit of an obsession with my hair. Lol.)
