I just came back from camping in front of Houses of Parliament. Some people have put up a Democracy Village on the square and their goal is to stay there until we bring the troops out of Afghanistan. They've got quite a few tents, some banners and signs everywhere and twice a day they have a democratic meeting to discuss what they're going to do. They've already been there since May Day and it doesn't look like they're leaving, there's a big hoo-ha on Saturday with workshops and things and hopefully that'll attract more people.
But yeah. Me and a couple of friends put up a small tent last night and woke up to Big Ben banging away the hour. Pretty crazy.

Edit: Also, there was a demonstration by the Democracy Village last weekend, some dude there took a picture of me. So I'm showing off my new hair - dreads, mohawk and shiny colours!
