Well he decided that he wanted to hide under my building instead...so just to make sure that he did't get any ideas of coming out at a bad time I put sand bags all around the exits... I hope that the SGM isn't here very long :S

So I did my best to keep that pup safe and out of the watchful eye of the Sergeant major that was coming. I tried my best to make him comfortable inside my room. I got him some water, opened up some beef jerky for him, and I even let him jump on my bed but only because I sleep in a sleeping bag and it has the protective cover on the outside. Ad he always looked so uncomfortable when he'd stand up from laying on the floor, like when you lay on something hard you get stiff and sore. But still, he refused to be happy and whined and then began pawing at the floor by the door. So I let him out thinking that maybe he just had to pee or something. Well he did once but then he just went to find someplace that was semi-grassed so that he could lay down. I thought maybe if I got a bone from one of the cooks he might be more receptive to staying inside. Before I could get the bone he slid himself under my building and hid there. So... that's where he stayed til the SGM took off in his helicopter. *phew* The SGM that came to see us is the one that HATES dogs and we have a few here, not just one. So it's a good thing that he didn't manage to come out from under the building til just as he was leaving. It's like he knew not to get out almost... hmm... He's so cute... Such a sweet puppy.

Wow I go for a few hours and you've talked up so many pages. Jeez. I'm too lazy to read it over but I saw cute dog pictures. Yay for cute dogs!

I have only been camping in canada. Though my sister went to Prince Edward Island a few summers back and she loved it. My mom just went to Niagra falls for someone's wedding and said that they were the most rude people that she had ever met, but I'm guessing because it's so touristic that they just get tired of working with people. I dunno. So Newfoundland huh. Makes me think of the dogs. The big water dogs. Love em. ^^
