Cuppycake: I'm not a fan of teachers I think dealing with kids all day is too much stress on them which makes too much stress on us which makes an infinite loop of stress and annoyance.

steve:well I believe there are soem peopel that are ment to be teachers and others who thought it was a good idea but then found out how much they hate it later on when they couldn't get out of it then.

and yeah some people are good at it and can handle the stress I guess but I could never be a teacher even though several "what should you do" type quizzes have told me I would be good at it.

I've come close to doing that though but not tonight

College is good if you don't know what you want to do with your life, or if you need a stepping stone between high school and the work force. It helped me figure out who I am as a person, if nothing else, and I met some amazing (and horrible) people. But if you want to put off college or go straight into the real world, there's nothing saying you have to go to college. -shrug-

yeah I've seen the real world and its not pretty!

Ugh nothing against College just seems so expensive just to "find out who you are" before you put even more money down to do what you want..

My parents saved money specifically for college, so it wasn't a major setback. My family is kind of rich. >>

Well, depends on your major, but yeah. And you can choose your classes more freely in college than in high school. I got to take a class in Dance History!

Oooh! that sounds like fun! I think my favorite class in college was Theater. My least favorite was probably the first art history class I had to take, but that was more the professor than anything.

Particularly because my teacher was a genius. He was fluent in four languages. <3

The only class I ever failed was Modern Art History, and that's because we had a different prof for that one. She lied on the syllabus. She said she would be testing on concepts rather than names and dates, but when it came to the test it was 50% names and dates.

Sorry I'm not being more talkative. Trying to keep up on 2 rp threads atm AND do battle with our printer that seems to be hating me right now

Don't worry about it. I'm working on pages, drawing a thank-you note for my PR lady (which may or may not be a drawing of manly bits), and trying to think of where to go AFTER I finish with redrawing Chapter 2. So... I'm not being particularly talky-talky either. xD

Ugh. Another bumper in the RP thread. At least this one didn't come armed witha phishing code.

Two hours of sleep ain't bad. No giant robots in my dreams though. Sad face. Had a good talk about RPGs with a friend in class though (Which is much better than doing the assigned work). Also found out that if I go crazy from insomnia one of my friends will bring me cookies and the other will hit me with a baseball bat.
