Well, remember how I lost all my gold in the hack 2 nights ago?

It turns out the dude had taken all my items, sold them, and apparently had only hit me that whole mess! (I had no idea I had that much gold worth of items! I keep all the items for an outfit once I complete it just because I'm usually kind of attached to that outfit and always think I might don it again, and also I'm a pack rat in real life, why should online be any different)

Well, Jellysndae and Insomniac apparently figured it out and traced my items in the stores and returned the gold he got from those to me too!SOOOOO, I'm gonna do a couple little give aways, not many cause I don't want this to turn into a charity thread and have to have to have it moved to charity cause I just don't think I'd be able to be on reliably enough to keep a charity running. Also, I do wanna get at least a couple of my items I used allot back, and maybe start working on a christmas avi. BUT I am going to be doing a few just cause I want to thank everyone who keeps this thread going. So don't be surprised and don't question it if you see random gold donations from me pop up! :-D

Yeah they do! I love that about this place :-) she even figured out exactly what ip he was using, banned him, and I do believe said Insomniac was reporting them? I could be wrong on that last part, I may confusing that with what he'd said to us about contacting them when he was in our thread.

I'm trying to do a character chart so readers have a viewable reference. First group is the Pirates because they're all about in middle-height... with the exception of Petra, but she also wears shoes that make her seem giant.

Stupid work web filters block so much that I can't get passed the main page on here. I am trying though! Soon as I get a functional laptop again, we'll be set!

Don't worry about it. I mean, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it, but eh. You've got PLENTY of time. (160 pages left in the buffer, about a year.) Though, it will probably take more than one night to read the whole thing. Right now its at 458 pages. o_o

That's so awesome! I'll have to get my friend Donovan to start reading it too. I think he'd enjoy it. He was working on a comic of his own for a while, but I don't think he stuck with it after college. I should ask him... hmm... *goes to search facebook for him to make contact*

Do you ever have people that you used to be tight as hell with then, for no real reason, you just kidna fall away from? And it's not like anything really changed or you don't want to be around, it just kinda, happens.

I used to be REALLY good friends with some people in high school, but when I got to college it was like... "eeeh... I'm smarter than you." The main factor being that I moved out of South Bend and found intelligent, safe people to hang out and they stayed in their hometown and got into drugs! =D

What was he writing a comic about? Or do you recall?

As memory serves it was kind of a modern samurai robin hood&accomplices. Nat that he'd describe it as such, but that's just my remembrances of it. Modern (possibly slightly futuristic) street gang of melee weapon wielding, martial arts trained, high school kids. Normal high school kids by day, protectors of the innocent and righters of wrong (though in a violent, less than legal, vigilante kind of way) by night.

I think there was much more too it, but that's what I remember of what little I got to read of it at least

...I had a plot like that in my head when I was in high school... It didn't pan out, though. I opted for cannibals, pirates, and my completely justified fear of cults.

I think you're sounds like the much more sustainable one as far as long term substance of plots with much less chance of redundancy. :-)

Well... 'cannibals, pirates, and cult activity' was pretty much all I had to go on when I started. After awhile, the characters made their own decisions and all I really controlled was the environment. >>

The only thing I've ever felt like god to was my beta fish, just because I had the power to lift the solid colored divider and just leave the clear one between there two celled tank. I could make them battle on command!!!! And all just for my entertainment! Lol :-p

I used to have a beta. His name was Anomaly. He was black and pretty. <3

Now I just have snails. u_u
