Holidays seem to do that. Everyone's so frantic and all. I'm personally quite glad christmas is over, and new years will be done with soon too. I mean don't get me wrong, I like the holidays and all, but I'm glad this time of year is pretty much only a month of frantic out of the whole year.

I feel the same Swan cause if there were more holidays in the year I think I might go nuts

Oh! I have exiting news btw! One of my manuscripts has been picked up by a small fantasy/romance/erotica based publishing company :-D they work almost exclusively online in e-books (through kindle and amazon etc etc) but once the editing is done and they accept the final copy I'll be making 40% of all sales of it. I'm pretty stoked :-) Not even because of the money, I doubt it'll be much since I'm pretty much an unknown, but it's just so cool to know that I'll finally have something published and out there!

Not only did I end up gnawing on someone for a while last night (no worries, it was mutual, I have the marks to prove it) but I actually caught the random reference in the pirates of the Caribbean dead man's chest to eating long pork, which I'd never noticed before. I mean I knew the indigenous people that captured jack were gonna eat him, but this was the first that I noticed the very Haitian looking/sounding pirate that takes Will to the island mention that the people of the island served delicious long pork. In addition, I talked The Bend up to 3 of my friends this weekend and sent them the link on facebook tonight.

Coming out was actually REALLY AWESOME for me. I feel like a HuGE anxiety has been lifted because I don't have to worry about my parents finding out. I'm pretty lucky that my parents took it well. Now I can get started on my REAL plans: world domination through queerness.
