well...... me and my bf have just started having sex and it's kind of a big deal cause beforew him I was a virgin.
so i only told a few people, didnt really want everyone knowing, but one of the few people who I made a joke to has gone and told everyone!
I found out today that he has told a shitload of people about it! and he only said it cause me and him met up with an old friend and the friend said to me as a joke, "so who you fucking these days?" and I said as a joke, "Oh tom" but Brad, thats the guy who balabbed, has gone and told everybody without asking me if it's true, that I have had sex!

Sounds like a serious case of teenage male stupidity, honestly.

Boys are stupid. Teenage boys, doubly so. I know this from experience. Who cares what other people think, honestly. The people who care about you will listen to you, and the people who don't listen to you will continue on their merry way doing things that will in the end just make them look like foolish narks. People will do what they will and you can't change much about that, now can you? In a month, this will be small beans. They will have moved on to some new drama because that is what we, as humans, do.

Snowpocalypse is basically the day that the skies open over the entirety of the American Midwest and rains ice from the Heavens. Sounds nasty, but it happens once a year regardless. And yet they still get all sorts of excited around here. There was a quarter inch of ice all around my car. Clearly Mother Nature misunderstands how God-awful stupid man can be.

When something bad happens, just ride it out. That's what I did with Jason's little hissy fit back in May. You can only do so much as far as cleanup short of making a public statement, and honestly that's not really something to get up on the podium over. So just take immense comfort in the fact that this Brad person is immature enough that he needs drama to make his life seem fulfilled and you don't.

Now, personally, I take pride in the rumors about me. At work, they've theorized so far that I have history of violence that was overlooked by the hiring manager because they were desperate for backroom staff. And to an extent, if you were just meeting me for the first time and saw me at work, one might conclude that this is true. However, I know that its not true. And my boss knows that its not true. And as long as those remain constant, then I have no trouble and people generally leave me alone. I'm not there to make friends, anyhow. As far as I can tell, making friends at work only makes things turn out for the worst. I know its not the same for you since you're in school, but the principles are still the same. People are people, and no one can control people. Not even themselves.

I just got philosophical. 5:40 am is a bad time for me to be thinking. >>

The brink of sheer exhaustion is when I do all my best thinking. :-p

Sweets hunny I'm sorry, that is rotten. I can't think of any advise aside from what Hyena has already given you, so I'll just nod in agreement with her. Still, I'm sorry things are so rough for you right now.

I'm also sorry for disapearing. No one was on, so I went in back to sit down and work on the Lovecraft based w.o.d. hunter game that I'm running and got caught up reading The Rats in The Wall for the ten billionth time in my life. God do I love that story! Probably my favorite of Lovecrafts work. YAY for ancient rich ass linage of cannibal royalty that raise herds of humans like swine in there basement under-croft!

That's okay, Swan. Liz had control of the computer and I was absorbed in my Canadian sitcom. xD
