Oh, I may have to try to make it before I get there - like next week when I'm home - or maybe for my brother's girlfriend who's birthday was yesterday... who is coming to our house on Saturday, so I can give it to her then... just as long as she gives me a piece. ;)

There's this cheesecake I've been wanting to make for like a month, but I don't have a springform pan. Le sigh~
Madeleines are another thing I want to make, but need the pan.
