Ugh! I missed everyone again! Sorry guys. It's just been really hectic lately what with the separation and all. I had to get someone else to cover my shift last night as my husband decided to go get drunk at a party and refuse to come home like a mature adult would, and his parents, who were supposed to be watching my child while I was at work for the overnight, neglected to tell me they were going camping, so I didn't have time by the time I found out to take her the hour out to their campground and still make it back for work, and found it easier to just give up my shift as a whole. :-/ which sucks on the financial end, but ehh, I got an extra night off to stay home and sleep to be up to snuggle my tiny babe in the morning :-) She makes it all worth it.

Aww! Sounds like you have earned a day of rest for sure! Glad you decided to take the day off instead of having to deal with that mess in the background. I bet it felt good to actually sleep for once, huh?! Well I am crossing my fingers that I get this job I am interviewing for tomorrow. Will definitely get my feet off the ground if I get it. I really hope things work out for you, Swan! I will be in and out for a little bit as I am getting prepared for tomorrow :-D

Why thank you! I am trying not to feel overly confidant but I still really hope I get it. Its a salary position so it'll be my first time out of the damn per hour pay grade.

Good luck with that. I hope they don't try to overwork you since you're not on hourly. It's what they did to the assistant manager here. Had him working 48+ hour weeks.

Yes, though I doubt that would happen much. City government has its policies and regulations. They would force me to go home if I start going over 40 hours lol

Glad they have a rule like that where you are. Here they only worry about the hours for 16 yr olds. They let the managers do what they want when it comes to raises and giving/taking your hours.

I'm totally knackered, I was up too late last night as I went to the movies with my family (saw Despicable Me, which was actually really cute and pretty funny) and didn't get home till late. Only reason I'm up now is because I'm watching kids today and I have to be up and ready for them when they get here. xD I'll be back on more once I get back to school on the 22nd of August. Back on WiFi and away from my parents controlling factors when it comes to net time.

*looks around for Lord Frap and wonders how his interview went*

Bleh Iam so tired. So this job requires an exam in order to even qualify for an interview... there were 605 applicants and only 183 got to take the exam. Thing was about 3 friggin hours... So yeah. That was a pain in the butt. Good thing though is that if I don't get this job, I qualify for a bunch of others and have first dibs. I just hate how we are in this really crappy times >.<

Its a silly name consisting of two flower species im using for a fantasy idea xD (alas...i have writers block!)
