Hello Pearl ^^
Happy Menewersary.
Your writing contest sounds really interesting.
I'll have to work on it tonight.
I love zombie books.
Since this is your theme you wouldn't happen to know any good ones?

I don't think I've ever read a zombie book xD;
I base my zombie knowledge on films.
Oh, and one comic book - A Record of the Year of Infection.

It was pretty bad xD
But kind of enjoyable. The ending was really annoying.

Aw, that stinks.
I've notice a lot of those kind of movies have been bad lately.
Night. And your welcome.

I Am Legend was an alright film.
Zombieland was great, pretty funny - although there's one aspect of the plot which is just ridiculous. >.> (Within the ridiculous reality of the rise of zombies)

Oh yeah, Solia is offline... um, from being unloved? xD
I just had a bit of a shock, peeked behind the curtain and it's turning light outside. When did we get to 4:40am? And why can't I sleep?
Part of it might be to do with waking at 1pm...
As part of trying to get to sleep, I flicked through my Student Cookbook. Despite my best intentions, I have not been a master chef this year. Now there's only a week left, so I'm excited by the prospect of finally fitting in some cooking.
It'd be a good time right now because of the three people I'm close to at uni, one is visiting home, one is studying hard, and the last one has been shut in her room with her boyfriend for two days.

God it's been ages since I set foot on Menewsha. o_o''
But hey! Guess who this is.
Siiiimmmssss! <3
I've had a bad urge to play The Sims 3 all week and for some reason I've not fulfilled that urge...probably because the new Expansion is out this friday and I preordered it. >_>
But I can waste an entire day on The Sims. It's like a bad addiction.
4 hours is normally the minimum time I'll play it for. XD
But it's not as bad as what I once was. I wasted most of my childhood playing the original sims.

I remember when I got the Sims for my 9th birthday, I'd never heard of it.
I think my mum probably regretted the purchase XD
I didn't even use the internet then, so I had no idea about cheats and expansion packs and downloads etc until my older cousin informed me. I remember using motherload with wonder, heheh. The original was a much harder game, I think.
And yeah, 4 hours was my minimum at one time.
Once when I was at the height of Sims 2 addiction, there was an issue with my laptop, so my mum hired someone to fix it. He wiped ALL my sims. When I found out that, say, 5 generations had gone *poof* I was just like.... *twitch* o_______O
Lol, how cool are we? I've also pre-ordered the EP, but apparently mine is coming tomorrow. Amazon just dispatched it.

My neighbours introduced me to it. So my dad bought it because as a kid, he knew I had passing fads.
Little did he know that one purchase would become an obsession. XD
I remember using rosebud to make money and you had to do all those symbols after to make the amount of money go up. I can't remember it now. I'm so used to Motherlode. I'd say the original was harder, I mean the sims had to work every single day. x_x keeping their moods up was a challenge in itself with that going on.
Oh god that happened to me. DX I had an epic family going (with me as the founder) and I had a glitch and the EA help line told me to uninstall it and reinstall it. I couldn't back up my families. I cried. XD
Ugghhh...I didn't preorder mine from Amazon. I preordered World Adventures from Amazon and they sent me an Asian version of the game. >_>''
I got it from GAME instead. They're usually pretty quick with dispatching preorders. All the others have arrived a day before they're due out.

Every day? I don't remember that. I'm kind of tempted to buy the complete sims for nostalgia reasons, but I've already done it xD
Like 2 years ago, and then I gave it to my brother who lost it.
But I'd be bored of it so quickly, after the nostalgia wore off.
I've ordered nearly every game from Amazon, but it came late a couple of times and I got really annoyed (because they always come out here on a friday, and a little slip up moves the delivery to monday) so one time I changed to Tesco and they were really good.
But now I've matured a little... I don't care if it comes a bit late. It's a nice surprise that it's supposed to come early.

Woo I'm back home! I'm so exhausted. x_x
I had to unpack everything today as well which is why it's taken till half 10. DX
I still have all my old games lurking around somewhere in this house. Though I have no idea if Vista will accept this ancient game. ¬_¬
I used to order them from Amazon but after that big mess up I don't think I will order PC games from them. CD's and DVD's are fine.
I don't mind things being late anymore, it's just nice when things arrive early. :3
Seeming most of my packages arrive from Asia I'm used to long waiting times.

I'm looking forward to being home... but then again I'm not. xD
I'm sure after 3 days I'll be like... so now what?
I might try for a job but I'll probably just sit on my arse. If I did work, I'd like to start in July (after my birthday) and finish by mid August (to go on holiday). So, 4-6 weeks. And definitely not full-time. I mean, it's SUMMER. Dx
But of course, first thing would be to get the job xD
My packages are usually from this country.
Hmmph, I'm in a position where I can't go see a comedy gig I bought tickets for, in September. (American comedian Doug Stanhope)
So I'll have to eBay them. Luckily, it's in London. Unfortunately, he's not well known here. He better sell out. D<

I need to find a job as well.
I might try the local supermarkets and shops. One of them will need people...hopefully...
But I'd like to work around the same length for this summer, maybe till the end of August before my Birthday so I can get ready to go on holiday too. XD
I might ask if I can keep the job and come and work over holidays when I go back home. Apparently it's really tough around here to find a job. I'm not looking forward to hunting for one.
Hopefully someone will buy them! >_<
I don't think I've heard of him, then again I'm not that big on American comedians. D:

Lol, at least I haven't got tickets for him in... Coventry or something. Although, I think he is only performing in London. For like 3 nights.
Have you had a job before? I haven't. I feel like it's an important life thing I need to do sometime. >.>
I'm fine for money.

I've never had a job before. I've helped out my mum at her job and caring for my nan but that's about it.
I'm fine for money as well. I've still got most of my student loans left, it's just I don't want to be sitting around and I'd like to have a little more spends.
Plus I guess the longer I leave not having a job, the harder it'll be to find one later. D:
That is pretty lucky! It'd be a pain selling tickets in a lesser city. >_<
Woo Sims 3 Ambitions arrived this morning. I'm now attempting to install it over my World Adventures...hope it goes well. >_<
Maybe when it's done I'll sit outside with my laptop and play it in the sun. My pale and pasty legs need a tan...even if it's red.
