[email protected] Hehe don't feel put off. We're just getting carried away. XD
[email protected] My dads girlfriend has these legging things that sort of look like Jeans. I'll probably get a normal pair of shorts and some jogging bottoms if I do go to the gym.
40 minute jog! Wow! You're making me feel lazy. XD
Yeah, not much point if you have a treadmill. I wish we had one, but we don't, and there's no room in the house for one. So the best small exercise machine for me is a Wii Fit because it can fit in our overly packed living room. ^_^
Lol the music in that is really cheesy. XD But it looks like it'll work! I just need to get motivated to do it.
I used to love skipping. I wonder if I can still do it. It's been so many years! I remember skipping up and down the playground and the skipping races we used to have on sports day. I wonder if I actually still have any of my old skipping ropes...
I love my Itouch when I have WiFi, in study groups when we're thinking over what something is I can pull out my Itouch, get online and google it. I showed people the Bill Bailey Chaucer joke when we did the Millers Tale this semester. XD
It's been very useful, but now I have a netbook which I take to study groups.
Gah, I had to get up so early today to wait for a boiler delivery. BUT my dad was up in time anyway despite us all over sleeping. Now I have to wait for the guys to come and fit it. Sigh...I'm going to be crashed out on the sofa by midnight.

@ Ria - I went to a huge shopping centre today, (one of the biggest in Europe methinks) and I browsed a couple of sports shops... it's all so expensive! Tops are like £20-£40. My dad was paying, but I didn't get anything. I did, however, manage to find a swimming costume which suits me. M&S is kind to big boobs. <3
Brace yourself - yesterday I jogged for 57 minutes, i.e the entirety of American Idiot xD (Which is why I didn't do an hour!)
I did a slower speed than usual (5mph) so I could go for longer. I did 4.5 miles, and burned about 450 calories.
But yeah, jogging almost continuously for an hour.... I'm proud. xD (Excluding two 2 minute walking breaks)
There's a 'man's' skipping rope in the garage my dad sometimes uses, it's got wooden handles and a leathery rope, and I have to wrap the ends round my hands a few times.
I slept very well last night, because I got up at 6:30am for my jog in the park (mostly walked), and then in the evening I did that hour-long proper jog. So I crashed at 11pm.

You're making me feel so unhealthy sitting here nommin on pringles and drinking diet coke. XD
Wooow! 57 Minutes...
If I could get my bike out of the garage I'd so go for a bike ride today, but there's two large Harleys blocking me from getting it out, as well as random pieces of foam and other boxes. Why couldn't mine be where my dads is, he doesn't use his! D:
I might try skipping for a while and see how that goes. Maybe I'll skip for the entire American Idiot album. XD
I haaaate shopping for swimming costumes. Mostly because I hate looking at the back of my legs. Damned stretch marks.
I'm hoping my bikini still fits me, it should do. I'm no longer a DD after dropping that half stone. The brand new DD bra I bought before uni is too big now. XD My dad was so pissed off because he'd just bought me some.
Ugh...I'm having graphics issues with Sims 3. It's just my graphics card on the laptop, it's fine on the PC because that's Nvidia, this has an ATI and every developer worships Nvidia and poor ATI got the short stick and my shadows are all blocky and weird. It's not a big problem, but it is annoying and bothers me when everything else looks fine!

Man, I would be seriously impressed if you skipped for 57 minutes xD
It is tough going, constantly jumping.
I'd like a second-hand bike for getting to campus next year. I just really hope I'd actually use it. >.>
It'd be nice to wear a bikini, but I don't have the stomach for it. Maybe by the time I go to America on the 18th of August I'll have a flat stomach after all, and I'll ditch my new costume for a bikini xD
TS3 is running fine for me, although I haven't played in a couple of days. I think I'm over my latest obsession period.

Hehe I just tried on my Bikini top. Doesn't look that bad!
Everything fits inside, and my stomach doesn't look overly bulgey. Just needs toning. XD
And I can't find my skipping rope. I have a feeling it's inside a big wooden chest which at the moment has large boxes infront of it and ontop of it...and a cat.
The game is fine, it's just irritating. XD
I'd be impressed too. I tried to fake skip without the rope and I just looked like I was freaking out over a mouse on the floor or something. XD
Hehe! I've just put the electric fan in front of one of my cats because he's too warm, and he's spread out in front of it. Bless him. He's not enjoying this warm weather.

Unfortunately, the best way to reduce fat is to do lots of cardio. You can't turn fat into muscle - if you just do crunches, you'll build muscle but you won't burn fat.
There are no pets sitting on things in this house. I used to really want a dog or cat, now it's been so long I'm totally indifferent. In fact, I think I'd rather not have to care for a pet.
Lol... fake skip XD
Is it warm? There's a wind here so it's not as warm as it would be.
Ew, wikipedia's prime example of a bikini uses a clearly underweight woman: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bikini

Lol I forgot I had Wii sports games. XD
Just done some boxing, Tennis, Golf, Baseball (which I suck royally at) and bowling!
Off to the resort one now. It has more I can spend time on.
And darn my Wiimote batteries are running low. I thought it was being a bit slow at responding...
I love having cats. Makes me seem less mad when I talk to myself because I can direct the complaint to the cat, but then I guess that still makes me mad. >_>''
It's quite warm here. THere's a slight breeze but it's still toasty outside.
Oh ew...you can see her rib cage. D: That's icky. I hate being able to see peoples rib cages, makes me think they're under nourished, but it's a look most girls want to achieve. x_x

We have that somewhere, it came with the Wii. I started to get the hang of baseball, but it is definitely the hardest game. I never really played golf.
Lol, I talk to myself anyway. xD Mostly when I'm looking for something.
Yeah, it'd be great here if there was less wind. Still, not exactly summer weather. I went out in a strappy top and jeans and I got a bit cold.
Yeah, not even anorexic girls. (As in, distorted body image) Even psychologically healthy girls want it.
I want a body like Ellen Page. (Juno) Frankly, I'd take her face too.

Baseball is definetely the hardest! I was crap at Rounders in High School so I'm no better now I've not hit a ball with a thin bat for a few years. XD
Woop for talking to yourself! Best company you can have. XD
It's nice out, just went for a walk to the pub and it's warm and sunny out. The breeze has gone now.
I really dislike it when girls with nice figures complain they're fat. I see loads with lovely curves and they complain that they're fat and disgusting. I'm quite happy that all of my friends have curves and enjoy them. I'd end up feeling depressed if I had a friend that hated her curvy figure. >_<
Sorry, but we all can't look like we're 10 for the rest of our lives. XD

Sometimes I liked rounders though. PE was always best when you were playing a game, rather than doing warm-ups, exercise or 'theory' or whatever. That was always painful/boring.
That evening bird is cooing as well. I know the sound, but not the bird...
Though, there should be a distinction between curvy (an hour glass figure) and chubby. But I wish I was happy in my skin and didn't need to do this exercise to feel better about my body.
But yeah, who wants to be a straight line forever?

I liked Badminton and sometimes basketball if we weren't playing against the guys. They just got vicious. XD
I know I was chubby when I weighed 10 stone. I could see it on my face and in the size of my stomach and thighs, and the fact I had a bit of a muffin top. Now those jeans I used to wear are so baggy! I can take them off without unbuttoning anything.
I'm happy with myself at the moment. I just need to get over that last step of getting into a decent fitness routine.
And I just found out I had £7.50 of reward points on my GAME card so I bought a Wii Fit! ^_^ I've told my dad's girlfriend and she's interested in using it too. Shall be fun to do some actuall exercises that can help me and have all my progress charted.
I like me now. I wasn't really fond of my childhood self because I literally had 'baby fat' till I hit puberty. Then I got hips and boobs so it was just replaced. XD

Oh, I went to an all-girls school so I never had that problem xD
I'm fine all over now, it's basically just my stomach... I think I'm just really unlucky and that's where any fat accumulates. My legs have always been slim, even when I was 10st. I looked like a frog!
I also enjoy the loose old clothes... like my 6th form ball dress, which is a 14. I'm now a 10-12.
I hope I can continue with the jogging. It's going to take weeks to see results, which I can tell is going to be dispiriting.
I'm taking a day off from it, just going to do eight minute abs.
Oh, I was as skinny as a rake until puberty. All angles.

Haha lucky you. XD
Then again, I didn't exactly get along well with the girls at my school. It was private so they were all really snobby and spoilt, while my nan was paying for me to be there and my parents don't lavish me with gifts.
Lucky! I get fat in the usual locations, thighs, stomach, boobs and some on my face.
I enjoy them, when I'm not constantly pulling them up. XD I can't even walk three steps without my jeans sliding down and showing off my knickers. When I last wore them they used to be really tight on my thighs, now they're so baggy! Hurrah for all the hill walking!
Yeah it probably will take a few weeks. Wish you the best of luck with it though!
I was still thin as a child, well thinner than most kids. It was just that annoying little bulge on my stomach.

My older sister went to a private school, she's just finished Cambridge... she's in the real world now. O:
I haven't actually noticed any difference at all in my boobs. I've lost a stone and a half and I'm still DD. I guess it's my natural size.
Well, I was like OMG NEW CLOTHES and went on a shopping spree. xD;;
I was a bit stupid actually, I bought a pair of size 8 (GAP, they're generous) jeans 3 weeks after my jaw surgery in December. So, I'd dieted in the summer, lost half a stone after surgery (I lived on milkshakes for a week) and then bought these jeans. Needless to say, they don't quite do up anymore. x]
But I can still get into them, and I've lost 4-5lbs since I last tried them... who knows, maybe they do fit once again.
It's frustrating actually, I'm just a little above the holy grail of 8st, and yet the physical evidence is that I still have belly-overspill right now. What weight do I have to be to have a flat stomach? Dx
I'm not sure what happened to me being skinny. Oh, wait, yeah I do.
1. Pubertyyyy I got hips and boobs.
2. I discovered the internet = lotsa sitting around
3. Snacks aaaalll day long.

Awesome! I didn't like my private school at all. Well, the people there made my life difficult for 5 years. >_>''
I was super happy when I tried on a size 8 Tshirt from Tesco and it fitted perfectly. I've been a 10 for so long I hadn't even thought about trying a size 8. I'm still a size 10 in jeans though (River Island Jeans, they're fantastic <3) I'll have to try a pair on next time I go shopping.
Haha aww. I'd give it a try! I might try some of my old size 8 jeans upstairs and see if any fit me now. My hips have definitely got smaller!
I don't know what to do about that overspill, it's what I have and it's damn annoying. D<
I've never been able to get rid of it, even when I was doing 30 sit ups every night for a few weeks while eating more healthily, it didn't go away. ;_;
Hehe, I gained about 2 stone in my first year of college. I discovered Gaia, me and my dad were fending for ourselves for the first time and I was eating portions for two people. I dieted through that summer as well to get thinner and I gained it back, plus more. D:
Plus there were lots of bacon sandwiches...lots and lots of them...and an addiction to Pepsi.

I assume I'm a 10-12, I'm not exactly skinny.
As well as the Overspill, I want to slim down at my sides too. I can still pinch a reasonable amount of flesh there.
Don't despair! If you do a more varied abs workout, as well as cardio (very very important) I'm sure by the autumn you'll have a much smaller tummy.
Well, I reckon if I hadn't had such bad habits over the teen years, I wouldn't have gone over 8st - as opposed to 10st. I think I have a quite small frame.
Oh my god. Fizzy... how I love thee so :'D
Last summer I gave up practically everything, but I needed a glass of coke once a week.
I've started all this 2 weeks before my birthday (Monday 28th) so I'll be interested to see if the cardio and abs workout has made me any more... streamlined.

I've always found it hard to pinch flesh from my sides. >_<
I just can't grip any. I just end up hurting myself trying to grab some. The only way I can grab skin on my hips is if I pull skin from my stomach around. XD
I have my hopes on Wii Fit for some nice stomach exercises that I can do. As well as some arms. It'd be nice to tone down my arms...I also have some hopes for my bike to be pulled out from the garage again.
I never give up fizzy drinks! I just can't. They're so refreshing. If I want to feel healthy I go for the no sugar alternatives. Good luck! I hope you get the result you're after.

It'd be nice to have less flabby arms, but I'm not particularly bothered by them. It's all in my middle...
You're making me want fizzy now xD
We went out for lunch today, and I got water instead of diet coke. Big step. x__x
I think I'll stop talking about it all now. Maybe I'll mention in 5 weeks if I feel any more streamlined. x]
I keep checking the long-term forecasts to see what the weather will be like on my birthday... no guesses so far.
I don't actually know what to do on the day Dx

Oh my...I've just managed to fit in a size 8 pair of jeans I last wore when I was 16...o__o
But I weighed myself and I'm 2 pounds over 9 and a half stone. I either have muscle buried under the flab or those scales are broken. XD
Hehe I've missed these jeans so much, I can't believe I fit in them again. >w<
I had a subway sandwich for lunch today. Not the healthiest of choices, but still very yummy. And I've been drinking diet coke all day. Not too bad I guess. Sorry for making you want fizzy drinks! D: I'll stop talking about them...
I have no idea for my birthday either, I got asked to make a list of possible gifts for me but I have no idea what I want. D:
Hope you have a nice birthday! I'll have to make a note of it somewhere, I'm terrible at remembering dates. XD

Hello Emi! Nice to see another face in here! ^_^
I got my Wii Fit today! I've had a 44 minute session which included a 10 minute jogging on the spot. XD
It's making me realise how out of shape I am! *pokes stomach*
And apparently I'm shorter than I thought I was. ;_;
I need to get properly measured...I really don't think I'm 5'2. XD
