hello!! my hubby isn't in the military, but i just thought i'd drop by and say hi!! i have two boys, a three year old and a two year old. hubby works at walmart and i'm a stay at home mom. i just started up an avon business though so that's keeping me busy :)

Woke up at 4am waiting on Zombie to call. I had Skype signed in on my phone but I also forgot I had it signed in on the computer too (which messes up any incoming calls from Skype, they go to the computer instead of your phone when you do that so I need to remember to sign out on here first). He called me over and over for like five minutes before I got on the computer. Glad I got the hell up and came in here. It was good to see him on webcam but it was crappy at the same time because he was sitting outside in the middle of a friggin dust storm (it was windy as all get out) so I couldn't hear him talking, and he couldn't see me on webcam because the sun was so bright out there and he couldn't see his screen. Sigh. It was SO frustrating. He said he's going to take his laptop to work tomorrow (which is today for me, he works 3rd shift so his days are totally screwed) to hopefully talk to me then. :(

EDIT: Oop, I slipped up and put his real name at first. KLDJASj poopy. Don't think any one saw it though. >o>

yea i'm really excited to talk to a recruiter. my mom saw that they recruit up to age thirty-five. i'm just getting so many different numbers. it sucks. :gonk:

i don't know when i'll be able to come up there again. i've picked up every friday for the next three weeks. and i'm trying to pick up thursdays as well. that way it'll even out when they take out the thirty six hours. argh.

Fallacy: Heck yeah, it's hard being without them while they're deployed. I think it's equally as hard for them, though. No one has it easier. It's hard for us because we have to keep everything in order while they're gone, and hard for them because they're the ones who are gone. Ya know? Hopefully you won't have to go on deployment any time soon. And mhm. >o> <33
