No, my university had an update to their login system. See, to use the internet we have to be a student, our computer has to meet all the safety requirements, and we have to have a password. Well, I had everything. But now suddenly the login screen is telling me I don't have an Antivirus program installed. I totally do; I have McAfee. And I didn't have this problem before the update. I'm allowed online for 2 hours, but then it'll log me out. And I'll just have to log myself back in.

I called Tech Support to figure out what the deal was and they asked me if it was the University's version of McAfee or mine. Well, this computer isn't that old and when my mom bought it for me, she bought the McAfee protection package too. So suddenly they were suggesting, "Try using our version. It's free for all students."

WTF no. I refused. I said, "This one is paid for and doesn't expire until August 2012." Two people, who could not solve my problem, suggested I either do that or wait for someone else to come in who could supposedly help me further. I'm not switching; I graduate next May. That'd be a waste of my mom's money.

So sorry Bright. I sure hope you are able to get things worked out. Stuff like that just irks me!

Both. I've been on Gaia since 2004 so I've been all over the place. :) Yeah, I called you Bright because Pweep did. xD!

I hate messing with coding XD But I'm trying to keep my roleplay theme simple, though still pretty.

Well I set up a roleplay here on Mene, figured it'd give me something to do xD

I can't get into online RPing. When I was younger I roleplayed as Sailor Mercury in a Sailor Moon roleplay. We usually did it through e-mail. Sometimes if we all managed to get online at once we'd go to a chatroom. But I just haven't been into roleplaying since then.

Now I'm actually RPing IRL. Me and a few friends play GURPS.

What's a GURPS? O.o sounds like a burp xD

It stands for Generic Universal Roleplaying System. It's basically just a book of rules, job classes, and whatnot. You follow all that stuff, but you can make up your own story, using whatever creatures you want, whatever era, etc.
