that picture was awesome

Liztress 05-11-2010 06:53 PM

I want some artsies from you, Fading.

Antagonist 05-11-2010 06:53 PM

Really? :drool:

Thanks guys, you make me feel better, I was feeling quite down after seeing some of those drawings on dA by other artists. :XD

Liztress 05-11-2010 06:54 PM

*hugs* You shouldn't feel down.

Antagonist 05-11-2010 06:55 PM

:hug: Thanks Liztress.

I wish I had a drawing pad so I could do more digital art.

Liztress 05-11-2010 06:56 PM

I wish I could do digital art. But I'm very lacking in that area.

kandii_k 05-11-2010 06:57 PM

Very nice, scary, but nice. You are very talented! XD.

Antagonist 05-11-2010 06:58 PM

So far my digital art remains in the area where I draw lineart, make the lines really really dark, then use MSPaint to remove the colors by saving it as a monotone-BMP file, then filling in the colors the the paintbucket option XD;;;

One such example:

@Kandii: Aw, thank you!! <33

Lunettes de Soleil 05-11-2010 06:58 PM

Am I the only one who couldn't see said picture.
Maybe I just need to refresh my page.

Anyway, Grandma just stopped by my house with a bag of clothes.
She hands me this hideous jacket and goes "here's a nice one that should fit you"
.... Thanks grandma....

Antagonist 05-11-2010 06:59 PM

@Lunettes: XDDDDD Reminds me of my mom...XD;;;

Yeah, you probably have to refresh it, sometimes the images don't show up with Live for some reason...D:

Liztress 05-11-2010 07:00 PM

That's great looking, Fading.

Lunettes, I've had that happen before. It's even worse when they expect you to wear it when they take you out.

Lunettes de Soleil 05-11-2010 07:00 PM

I saw it!
I like your art. :3
It's good.

Liztress- yes, that is horrid.
I think I'd cry. Lol

Antagonist 05-11-2010 07:01 PM

Thanks > w < <33

I just wear it and pretend it's because of karma. >_>;

Lunettes de Soleil 05-11-2010 07:03 PM

I don't believe in Karma.
and my clothes are ugly enough, they don't need grandmas help.

Liztress 05-11-2010 07:04 PM

So you think you did something bad to deserve having to wear something that isn't nice looking? o.o My goodness, I must have been a bad girl at some point when I got hand-me-downs as a kid.

Antagonist 05-11-2010 07:05 PM

I don't either, which is why I said 'pretend' XD;

lol Not really. It's just a way of being able to be more accepting when I don't like something. :P

Such as, on a hot, sweltering day, I'm sweating all over, and have to walk in the sun for maybe an hour. I tell myself, "This is exercise. It's good for you. This is getting free tan. So stop complaining." XD;

Lunettes de Soleil 05-11-2010 07:06 PM

Ah. So it's being gracious?

Antagonist 05-11-2010 07:06 PM

Sort of :sweat:

So I won't come out sounding ungrateful because my parents got me something...

Liztress 05-11-2010 07:08 PM

Yeah, I wouldn't want to sound ungrateful for anything I get. Even if I don't like it. And sometimes, I've had something I thought was ugly looking become something I grew to like wearing.

Lunettes de Soleil 05-11-2010 07:09 PM

My parents have just given into the fact i'm picky.
I now get money for shoes. :]
Buuuut, I don't just randomly get new clothes now.
And my mother won't make me anything now. :(
So really, it's kind of a fail.

Antagonist 05-11-2010 07:10 PM

My dad still buys me stuff sometimes, mostly food, but my mom makes me buy everything with my own money these days because I'm an 'adult' now XD;; (even though technically all my money still comes from them...I don't have a job and am still in school, after all...)

Lunettes de Soleil 05-11-2010 07:11 PM

I buy all my stuff, not food though.
I have been buying most of my stuff for years now.
They feed me, pay my car insurance and give me a place to stay with minimal rent.

Liztress 05-11-2010 07:11 PM

Majority of my stuff is bought by my boyfriend since we live together and have kids.

Antagonist 05-11-2010 07:12 PM

I'm still completely depending on my parents. Makes me feel bad sometimes. :(

Lunettes de Soleil 05-11-2010 07:14 PM

Oh cool.
I wish I lived with my boyfriend.
But I don't want kids till after college.

I don't completely depend on them.
But I have three jobs for the summer.
Well, two. Sortof.
And one is with my dad.
But I still have another job during the school year.
