Tegan: That used to happen to me all the time. Well, more like my kittens would shut down my computer on me all the time. So I moved the computer to a new power cord. SO MUCH BETTER NOW.

yeah the way mine is setup has the cord at my feet, because my desk is set up so that its directly in front of the power socket in the wall and there is no room to move the cord lol.
