I usually have salads or sandwiches or soups or noodles or leftover pasta. :) Whatever I can make quickly/made the night before.

@ Renee: Oooh. That's the way with my family, we usually take leftovers first, and then worry about cooking stuff afterwards. ^^ Do you plan on eating something leftover? =P
