What stage is the computer at right now?

I cleaned the CPU and heatsink off with acetone last night, so I can apply new thermal compound tonight, set it in place, and get the video card, wireless card, and everything else hooked up.
Then boot it and hope that nothing took any damage that has fried or caused significant performance damage.


Took me for fucking ever to find the bracket for the CPU heatsink too, my dad had to pick up the tower and tip it up so it could fall out of some nook or cranny that it got rattled into.

But anyway, if you're offering helping guidance, no thanks.
I'll just wait for my friend to come online, he knows I'm waiting, so hopefully he'll show up unless he's completely swamped with busy-ness.
