I appreciate Gary's outspokenness too. IRL I say whatever I want, and most of my shit doesn't even make sense half the time. I don't have the backbone that Gary has to say the things he did and stood up for what he believed in because I'm definitely not a rhetorician in any way.

I never expected my thread to win, and frankly, I just don't care about my thread, but I totally agree with everything he said since I just checked that thread earlier.

Well, as I said in the rant I haven't posted, Inso thought up this contest in an hour. There really weren't rules to it when he made it. Those got put up as things progressed. There are enough loopholes in these so-called rules to make a roller coaster. More than anything, people took advantage of the lack of rules -_-;;

I remember when it got put up in the first place...it was just HEY MAKE A THREAD AND WHOEVER HAS THE MOST LIKES WINS! I seriously have never expected the contest to escalate into the big fracas and debaucle that it's become. Then again, thinking outside of the box is not normally my forte.

I was one of the people who made plans to start a thread but I never did because there are already so many threads...it felt pointless to add one more knowing I came on Menewsha late and that it probably wouldn't be active. o_o I would have liked to win the iPod and whatnot, but in the end it's not really what I'm after. xD Which is kind of why I stopped talking about it. No longer interests me. o.o If I want an iPod, I'll buy one. >D
