I don't know anyone who owns any HDDs that are higher than 7200RPM, because quite frankly, it's not worth it, and really neither is stocking up on SSDs right now, since they cost so damn much.

Parts of what he talks about goes right over my head.

Mostly, I remember the parts that I've handled myself or otherwise researched. Most of my computer knowledge filters through Paco :rofl:

As I handle computer stuff myself, it sinks in pretty well.
Like when I had to order thermal compound and remove old stuff, then apply new stuff, and put the heatsink back in it's rightful place.
It wasn't fun because of the reason I was doing it, but it was a learning experience. (not one I asked for at this juncture though, and that made me mad.)
