I had a "friends with benefits" relationship ... we established some rules that only people who really care about each other and are getting into a romantic relationship instead of just friends ... he broke every single one of them and then broke up with me because I was getting too attached and we were never able to be friends again.

I don't get hurt from friends with benefits stuff. I've been getting burned with real relationships. I was with someone a year and a half, and then I was gonna be with someone but they changed their mind last minute and what not.
