Yeah. I really hate the holidays.
I don't even celebrate them and I feel the barrels of stress rolling off of everybody else.

I work in retail.
This is my first holiday season here, and from all the stories I've heard, I'm already hating it more than I did before.

I had to fix the grandfather clock today for daylight savings. I've been putting it off because it's a pain in the butt. you can't just turn the dial back an hour, you have to wind it forward ... so yeah, wind it forward 23 times ... only I wasn't paying attention and only did it 22 times ... so now instead of being an hour too fast, it's an hour too slow ... I can't seem to win for losing sometimes ...

Oh that sucks crazy. Maybe try again soon I guess.

yeah, I'll do it tomorrow while the boy is at school.

I just feel so blah right now. it was a holiday, so no school, but I still didn't get a chance to get enough sleep. why do children have to be so noisy in the morning?

not just the morning! earlier my son had the neighbor boy over (who is 2 years older than him) and I sent them up to my son's room so he could show the boy his Legos ... the next thing I know it sounds like they are tearing the walls apart! holy Moses but they were so loud!!!

I'm good. just had a neighbor come to the door and bum cigarettes ... I swear I have given out about a pack of cigarettes to various people in the last 2 days!
