i might have to go take a look at it then :) i've been getting awfully bored on the internet lately. i need new sites to be a part of :p
and the whole deal with my boyfriend and i as a couple...before i met him she liked him but he didn't want her. so she made herself forget about him and then i was brought into the picture and now she feels like because of how she used to feel about him she's complicating things with us...or something along those lines. it still kind of confuses me. |
Oh dear...that is complicated... <'.-.'> (<bat pose for thinking XD). I think I can see where she's coming from maybe... Perhaps she needs some time to think and to really get over him... Maybe suggest some 'just you and her' time for just the two of you to hang out without the complication of boys? Other than that, I never know what to do in that sort of situation. Usually I'm the one in your friend's place and I just put on a brave face until I get over it. ^^; *hugs close*

Hurray! I'm glad you like the balloon~ I know it can be hard to earn enough gold for for clothes on here, but don't give up! Let me know if you need anything or want to know anything. I haven't been on here as long as some, only about a year and a half, but I've gotten to know my way around. ^^

o.0 I like you Panda-ness. Sorry that you're sick; I hope you feel better. I'm not feeling too great myself. Won't up to children playing around three thirty this morning and have been on my feet ever since. I'm finally relaxing; not watching, or monitoring... thank god for other authority figures, such as one of the children's father. (None of them are mine, just so you know. I help my boyfriend babysit on weekends, and this weekend he also has his 5 year old daughter. The other three children are all under 5, the youngest just turned one.)
Sorry for th epically long post by the way. I think I just need to vent/ ramble. |
Oh wow, that sounds crazy! I'm impressed you're even still awake. I don't think I could handle that many kids for very long, let alone from 3am!

Well, let's just say I'm kind of horrified with one of the winter contest's top results and leave it at that. I have a rant, but I don't want to sound like a bitter loser. It's certainly not that. I managed to snag two prizes in another contest :D *does a little dance*

I haven't checked, but the commons should be in the shops. Only the rares are gone for good. If the items aren't in the shops, then it's probably because the AAs haven't gotten around to adding them all into the stores yet. ^^; |

I got third, which is okay, I guess, but I put a ton of effort into carving, icing, and decorating the cakes and I lost out to a bundt cake and some sort of layered thing with cool whip... |

I hope that is the case, they haven't had time to add them to the regular shops yet. I sold a ton of my commons during the event to be able to afford an iridescent squid from a friend and now I don't really have any commons at all :( and I really liked a lot of the event commons. |
@Crazy - Are you sure they weren't fireworks? The idiots around here have been doing those for DAYS! *sighs*
@Luna - It's not that I'm disappointed I didn't win. I'm cool with that. Not everyone can win all the time. It's the entry that did win in that very same contest. And yeah, I agree with you on the bundt cake. It wasn't the best entry. It's the other food category that made me go "WTF? Really?!" They won with a recipe off the box of a premade stuffing mix. (I've made it before, it's ok.) That is just....what? So you put a bow on it and what appears to be moss. That just doesn't make a winning entry to me. The full meal spreads were far nicer. I'd feel more satisfied losing to someone who made their entire meal than someone who went all semi-homemade Sandra Lee. Hi Nyvok :D |
