Classes start in a week and I'm going to have to get up at seven in the morning twice a week. Ugh. Not going to be fun that.

Yeah, I'm not looking forward to taking one of the kids back to college next week.

He wants me to get up at 2 am to get him back for a 6 am class. It's like nu you go back the day before sorry but I'm not getting up that early. (That's usually when I'm crashing)

It really amazes me how many people on here are fellow adults. The only time I asked my parents to drive me to school at o' dark thirty was when I moved into the dorms the first time and I lived six hours away. Of course I've moved.... four times? since then.

I joke with my parents all the time that I want them to bring me dinner or come take me shopping. Which when I lived three hours away we did about once a month. I now live in NYC and they live in Washington State. It's eight hours by plane. They just laugh at me.

Sounds like my family. My mom and brother are in Alaska (I email my brother to have him send me sandwiches from my favorite cafe there all the time... he never does), and my dad's in Vermont. I'm in Pennsylvania.

I really should take my christmas tree down. The stupid cat can't stop chewing on it. (It's plastic.) Thankfully the smart cat doesn't like climb it or something. I might have had to lock them both in the bathroom for the month.

I love the shiny. I actually left the tree with just the lights for a couple weeks before throwing some decorations on it.

I like it too sometimes, but this year... it just seemed like too much work to do it all. Especially when there's 4 of us in the house and apparently I'm the only one who can put them up and take them down. They want them up but won't help at all.

So I was like 'Yeah, not worth it'.

Which is why none went up and yeah I got hell for it too from them but no one else seemed to move to do anything about the situation. Figure if they didn't want to do it themselves then I'm not doing it.

I have a shop to make toys for anyway.

These are some of my attempts.

I have four more to take pictures of, a dog, pig/mouse thing, penguin, and a panda/possum thingie.

Trying a little fox all 3 inches tall.

I can't seem to do pointed ears well. Learned that with my Halloween trios.

Thanks ^_^ They're a lot of fun and gives me something to do while watching anime or movies.

I fold lucky stars when I'm watching TV. If I'm not playing Runescape or randomly surfing the internet. Or petting a cat, but they don't cuddle much so that's rare.

My Origami skills are lacking lately. I used to fold cranes. Might do a bunch of them if I can make them small enough for photo shoots with the plushies.
