um ... what? I am dealing with an eviction notice with my attorney that I got on the 1st giving me 30 days ... I just got a notice saying they will be coming in my apartment on the 7th for the purpose of a "move out inspection" ... whaaaaaat?

long story. let me give the short of it.
I was living in apartment #15. did serious damage with the bathroom and from my dog. it cost over $7,000.
they moved me to #18 as long as I did no more damage and made payments on the cost of #15.
I have a plumbing problem in #18 that will cost $1,700.

but I still say the water problem in #15 wasn't my fault either!!
----------
these apartments are over 40 years old, you know.

bathtub and bathroom floor issues. basically really poor tubs and caulking on the floor between the tub and floor so water splashed on the floor went right to the sub-floor creating problems.
