I have the last bit of a cold and the last time I had a coughing fit I popped the top 3 vertebrae in my neck into place. when my son was a baby he would love it when I'd give him a back message and pop his back.

well, it was just one of those cartons and it was already half gone. milk just never lasts long around here, we both love it so much. we go through 10 or so gallons a month.
