Yeah, I definitely prefer an automatic. I can't even drive that properly, so I can't imagine myself with three pedals to manage...I think a friend of mine learned how to drive those, but I definitely can't. No one in the family drives that sort of car anyway, so I wouldn't have anyone to get advise from either. XD;; (and I don't want to learn that at a driving school...I have enough troubles with just automatic cars >_>;;)

An automatic isn't hard once you get the hang of it. My mother insists the same about Standards....and it must be true because she is able to drive it >_> Although, not with the greatest of skill. I still remember when we lived in Scotland and she got the car stuck on a hill and someone had to drive the car off of the hill for her because she couldn't do it.

My dad, on the other hand, drove us up a frozen mountain in the snow in the same car.

I can drive an automatic car okay, but I have trouble with parking, both forwards and backwards. I have trouble measuring the distance between the spaces/cars, and I worry that I'd bump into someone else's car. I also really don't want to do right turns because the scooter drivers here are suicidal and like to charge out of nowhere from behind you, and it's hard to see what's going on if they happen to come from the car's blind spots. x__x

So much housework still to do today, but I have got several things already accomplished.

After talking with my therapist yesterday, I have discovered the bureaucracy has decided we each are allowed so many care hours before we are out for the year. I have 14 hours left. So we decided we won't have any more therapy sessions, and instead of 2 classes a week, I'm only going to be going to 1. The classes are 2 hours long, so I only get to keep going to 7 more classes, and that is how we'll "spend" the rest of my time.

She really believes I have come a long way and am a much better person than the one she met over a year ago, and frankly, I have to agree. Meanwhile, we also agreed that it is a good time for me to get a new Service Animal. So now I'm looking for a dog. And the pickings around here are super slim! *shakes head* But it's not like I need one by tomorrow, you know?

GRRR! My hamsters were fighting. I just had to go break it up. I guess they are just both upset because this is the first time I have cleaned the cage since my other hamster died and they are trying to figure out what is what. I just wish they would figure it out quieter.
