We don't have a lot of space in our home, but we have tons of stuff...so we just have to stack them higher and higher...

crazymuch 07-09-2011 03:50 PM

I keep going through my stuff and finding things we don't really need and getting rid of it. I figure if we haven't used it in a while, we must not really need it.

sadly my parents don't see that as logical. their house is PACKED with stuff they haven't used in at least 5 years.

HIM_ROCK 07-09-2011 03:52 PM

HIM's sister is like Crazy's parents

crazymuch 07-09-2011 04:07 PM

why do folks do that? they should have a yard sale and make money off the stuff!

HIM_ROCK 07-09-2011 04:14 PM

We've taken to getting rid of stuff when she's not arround then she doesn't know it's gone

crazymuch 07-09-2011 04:27 PM

my mother still HAS to give the extra stuff to me with the hope that it will find new homes around here ... yeah, it does, most of them in the dumpster because it's really just TRASH!!

HIM_ROCK 07-09-2011 04:38 PM

Same with people who try and sell some of their stuff some of it is junk.

crazymuch 07-09-2011 05:03 PM

my favorite though is when they take the rest of the (literally) junk to Goodwill.

Whisper Invictus 07-09-2011 08:21 PM

HEyyyy, I Goodwill my junk, there's nothing wrong with that xD
(sometimes I just can't find the matching sock! XDDDD )

Rad Lionheart 07-09-2011 08:57 PM

What is up today?

Whisper Invictus 07-09-2011 08:58 PM

Rad Lionheart 07-09-2011 09:32 PM

Whisper Invictus 07-09-2011 09:44 PM

Sounds exciting e__e

I'm going to install an emulator onto my PC tonight X: I've lived too long without my PS2 D:

Rad Lionheart 07-09-2011 10:01 PM

Oh, PCSX2 is great now.

What's your PC specs?

Whisper Invictus 07-09-2011 10:05 PM

Got a QuadCore, 8 gigs, gtx460 card... windows 7 (though that doesn't really matter) Gonna get my friend to install the emulator since it decided to hate me x: /can't figure it out/

Lixlaria 07-09-2011 11:05 PM

@LIX: HIAIAIAAAAAAIIII!!! /ishglomped/ >~<

@Rad: I don't find a need for an SSD x: I have a 2TB HD~ o;
and my system was really cheap to build : D My motherboard was free (it's decent) came with the Processor. And I got the video card for $100 : D

Hello, jessicaLyn c:

Rad Lionheart 07-10-2011 06:37 AM

SSD is very much awesome to have as a primary, it's not about capacity, it's about speed. :3c

Boot Win7 in 22 seconds, load games even faster, load times IN games? Thing of the past!
Favourite heavy art programs take a long time to boot up? NOPE!
FireFox? LOAD FAST, SAVE TO RAM.

Whisper Invictus 07-10-2011 11:47 PM

Rad: Hmm, thats true. I have only experienced SSD on my netbook... didn't think of its potential capabilities in a PC

;)

Rad Lionheart 07-11-2011 01:22 AM

I have a 64GB SSD, perfect for Win7 and select games/applications.
