@Gary: You could have open submissions so people who want to share something can send it in to you and you can run them one at a time or something.

Maybe have users send suggestions to the Editor (Gary) Or we could have a letters to the editor section where people can ask questions that they want answered about the site or NPC or whatever and then we can post answers in the paper?

Well as i stated in the opening, the paper is free form when it comes to what goes into it, even if people don't want to write articles each week I see no reason not to have a one time article from someone or write one on an idea someone has.
