There is an event store, where there are new items put. But after the event they go into the regular stores and the prices go up.

Yeah that's why I am saving money so I can buy them during the event.... and these items I'm talking about are separate from the event items. You can't buy them with the special currency.

Yep, that's true with every event. The best thing though they, unlike the Event Items you buy with special currency, they go into the stores after the event.

so they will have commons and like the balloons, hats, chicken *giggles at cluck* and the pies but it will be halloweenie stuffs?
